Caitlin Busso Re-Elected to Statewide RP Group Board of Directors

The 91传媒 Office of Institutional Effectiveness proudly announces that Caitlin Busso, Research Analyst, has been re-elected to serve as the Inland Empire Regional Representative on the Research and Planning Group (RP Group) Board of Directors. Her new term will run from 2026 to 2028.

The RP Group is the leading professional organization supporting institutional research, planning, and effectiveness professionals throughout the California Community Colleges system. As the Inland Empire Regional Representative, Caitlin represents the interests and perspectives of 14 community colleges across the region while facilitating communication between local practitioners and the statewide organization.

Caitlin was one of only five regional representatives elected statewide during this election cycle and was re-elected by her peers to continue representing the Inland Empire region. Her re-election reflects the confidence and trust placed in her by colleagues throughout the region and recognizes her ongoing contributions to institutional research, planning, and student success efforts across California community colleges.

During her 14 years at 91传媒, Caitlin has provided leadership and expertise in strategic enrollment management, student equity planning, data-informed decision-making, institutional effectiveness, and regional research collaborations. Her work has supported college, district, regional, and statewide initiatives aimed at advancing student success and equity outcomes.

Her continued service on the RP Group Board strengthens 91传媒鈥檚 visibility and influence within California鈥檚 institutional research and planning community while ensuring that the perspectives and needs of Inland Empire colleges are represented in statewide discussions.
